Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

All orders are dispatched from our Norfolk workshop within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your item is on its way.

Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail or courier and typically takes 2–4 working days. If your order is time-sensitive, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Packaging

Wherever possible, we use recycled, recyclable, and plastic-free packaging.

It’s important that our packaging materials are limited in their impact to the planet.

You may find your item packed with reused cardboard, shredded paper, or other reclaimed materials - it's all part of the Wotzak ethos of mindful making.

Returns & Cancellations

We hope you’re really happy with your Wotzak item - but if for any reason you’d like to return it, you are legally entitled to do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your returned item/s in their original condition, we’ll issue a full refund within 14 days (excluding original delivery costs).

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Please note that bespoke, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

This includes any custom text or design options selected at checkout.
